Our 1–4mm coloured rubber crumb is the perfect choice for creating safe, vibrant, and long‑lasting wetpour surfaces. Unlike traditional EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), which relies on virgin rubber and comes at a higher cost, our recycled rubber crumb offers the same great performance at a more affordable price, making it both eco‑friendly and budget‑friendly. Each batch comes in 25kg sacks for easy handling and consistent mixing.

Installation Details:

  • Wetpour is installed as a two‑layer system, tailored to your required depth and specification.
  • Minimum 15mm coloured wetpour layer, supported by a black SBR base layer for additional depth and resilience.
  • Suitable sub‑bases include existing tarmac, concrete, or compacted MOT Type 1 stone (100mm base layer recommended).
  • Not suitable for direct installation over grass or soil.

Mixing Ratio:

  • Rubber crumb should be mixed at 20% resin to rubber crumb.
  • Example: A 25kg bag of rubber requires 5kg of resin binder.

Delivery Information

Most orders are delivered on pallets via kerbside service, smaller items may be sent by courier. For kerbside deliveries:

  • Road/driveway must be flat, level, and solid (tarmac or concrete).
  • Pallet trucks cannot cross gravel, slopes, or broken ground.
  • Access required for an 18T lorry.
  • Deliveries Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm, usually within 48 hours of dispatch.
  • Samples recommended before ordering; returns accepted, but haulage costs apply, read our refunds & returns policy for more information.
