Are your rubber chippings safe for children and pets?

Yes. Our rubber play chippings are designed with safety in mind. All premium options are 100% wire-free and fibre-free, making them safe for use around children and pets. They also provide excellent impact absorption, making them ideal for under swings, slides and climbing frames.

We recommend requesting a sample first to check the colour and texture before placing a full order.

 

How do I calculate how much rubber chipping I need?

To work out the right amount, measure the size of your area and decide on the depth of coverage required. For example, play areas usually need a depth of 50mm–100mm for safety.

Do you delivery rubber chippings across the UK?

Yes, we offer rubber chippings delivery across mainland UK, with some postcode exceptions. Once you place your order, we’ll confirm the next available dispatch week.

  • Standard delivery: usually arrives within 48 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends).
  • Large/bulk loads: delivery may take slightly longer depending on your location.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns under certain conditions:

  • Bulk Bags: Returns are only accepted if the band around the bag remains intact.
  • Loose Loads or Large Bulk Orders: Once loaded and enroute, returns and refunds are not available.

Please note that haulage costs are non-refundable once goods leave our depot. To avoid issues, we recommend ordering a sample first.

 

Do you offer rubber chipping samples?

Yes. We can send out rubber chipping samples so you can assess the product’s appearance and feel before buying. To request a sample, contact us with your details.

 

How should I prepare for delivery?

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • The drop-off area is flat, level and solid (e.g. tarmac or concrete).
  • There is sufficient access for an 18-tonne curtain-sided vehicle.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

We aim to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control. Please allow some flexibility when scheduling any installations.

We cannot offer refunds or compensation for delays, but our team will keep you updated on progress.

 

Can rubber chippings be used in gardens and landscaping?

Yes, rubber chippings and bark are a fantastic alternative to wood bark for gardens, borders and landscaping projects. They help suppress weeds, improve drainage and won’t rot down like natural mulch.
