These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you
BULK BAGS
Providing the product
You will be given our next available dispatch week before placing your order.
We will contact you via telephone on that week once your bag has been dispatched.
Your bag will then be delivered within 48hrs (not including Saturday and Sunday)
We will not be held responsible for delays outside our control, for example breakdowns. If your order is going to be delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime up to dispatch date and receive a full refund.
Once the bag(s) are loaded and on route to you, you will have to pay the haulier cost, so will only receive a part refund.
Returns and Refunds
We can only collect / return the pallet if the band around the bag is still in situ. Once the band has been removed, we have no way of loading these bags back onto the vehicle, so can not offer a return or refund.
We will only offer a refund on the cost of the material once dispatched, we cannot refund the haulage cost once it has left our depot.
We highly recommend you order a sample before placing your order.
Deliveries
We will not be held responsible for any late or delayed deliveries.
We highly recommend you get the material to site before you book your work force.
Our bulk bags are dispatched via a pallet line network, once dispatched they will arrive within 48 hrs. They will be delivered on a 18 tonne curtain sided vehicle with a tail lift offload facility and a pallet trolley, these trollies can only travel across hard surfaces such as tarmac and concrete, they cannot travel across soil, gravel, grass or up and down any kind of slope. The pallet line company will only offload onto a hard-flat standing and offer a kerbside delivery.

LOOSE LOADS OR LARGE LOAD BULK BAGS
Providing the product
You will be given our next available dispatch week before placing your order.
We will then contact you the week before with a mutual agreed day for delivery.
You will receive a phone call from us with an Estimated time of arrival the day before the delivery date.
Our tipper man or flat bed man will also call you on the day when he is closer to arrival.
We will not be held responsible for delays outside our control, for example breakdowns. If your order is going to be delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before its loaded onto the vehicle.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Once your order has been loaded and on route to you, there is no refund or return available.
We highly recommend you order a sample before placing your order.

Our tipper deliveries will come on an artic or rigid tipper as discussed at the time of placing your order, you are responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient space and it is safe for the delivery vehicle to manoeuvre and make delivery. Our tipper vehicles will only cross hard surfaces, they will not drive onto any grass or soft areas.
