Our Rubber Bark Mulch
We make all our rubber bark mulch ourselves, using recycled forklift truck tyres, which contain no wire.
Being 100% wire free our rubber bark mulch is an excellent choice for kids play areas, decorative areas, garden paths, animal pens, garden mulch and sports tracks.
The bark mulch can be laid loose or with resin for a firmer finish.
We’d always recommend ordering a sample before purchasing, so you can make sure it will suit what you need before ordering a large quantity.

Each square metre of 50mm depth requires 20kg mulch and 4kg resin
500kgs (Covers 25 square metres at 50mm depth)
1000kg (Covers 50 square meters at 50mm depth)
We believe that there is no formal requirement or standard for an impact absorbing surface to be used in a residential situation, therefore you should carry out your own risk assessment to your individual circumstances.
Delivery of Rubber Bark Mulch
Upon placing your order, you will receive information about our next available dispatch week. We will contact you by phone during that week once your bag has been dispatched. Delivery will then occur within 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday) via a local pallet-line company.
The bulk bags are delivered using a tail lift lorry, with pallets offloaded and positioned using a manual pallet trolley. This is considered a kerbside delivery, so it’s essential that you have a flat, level, and solid tarmac or concrete road or driveway. Additionally, the access road must be wide enough for a lorry to pass, typically wider than a standard dustbin lorry.
